Attached is a digital copy of the program for our upcoming community event “Nuit Orange”.
The digital program is being circulated ahead of the event to help you plan your evening. Below you will find a blocked-out timetable and schematic maps of the building’s various floors. The timetable has been colour coded to match the floor maps.
Food stations are demarcated by an orange box with a white knife and fork locations of food items are included in the timetable.
Each performance space will have a mini-schedule posted outside of it on the evening of the event showing the specific rotation of small group performances in that room.
There will be a lot of moving performers during time blocks, however your child will know where they need to be and when. Please be respectful of the timelines and the announcements: this will allow the evening to run smoothly.
We ask that once you have entered a room for a performance, you remain in that room for the duration of that time slot or until the end of all scheduled performances for that room. That way all student work is appreciated and respected.
Kindly ensure that your child is wearing their appropriate costume items and / or black bottoms and an orange top if they are performing.
