EMA – Excursion Management Application System
The TDSB now has a system in order to view and complete all your child’s excursion forms and permission forms online! Forms for field trips, sports tryouts, excursions, track meets and more can all be done here!
To set up your TDSB online

Click on the LOGIN button first and then on the ‘Sign Up Now’ option.
Creating your EMA account |
- When creating an account the app will ask for the email that is associated with the student : add that email account.
- You will need your child’s student number;
- Once your account has been created you will be able to view excursion permission forms.
You will receive an email notifications when items become available that require forms to be completed.
All payments for field trips and excursions (also agendas, yearbooks etc) will only be processed by TDSB’s cashless payment system School Cash Online!
