A Message from Councillor Sarah Doucette re: Recent Break-ins
Good afternoon all,
It has been brought to our attention that during the last two weeks there were several day-time break ins in the Armadale Street, Willard Street and Bloor Street West areas and in the Birchview Crescent and Glenlake Avenue area. Since we have heard about these break ins, our office has been in constant contact with 11 Division. We have been assured that 11 Division, together with neighbouring divisions, are conducting a thorough investigation into these break and enter crimes.
We would like to remind everyone to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your doors and windows are locked and, if you have an alarm, make sure it is set – even if you only go out for a short time.
If you do see anything unusual or suspicious, or have any information on this, please contact Toronto Police Services, 11 Division at 416-808-1100 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222–8477 or online at www.222tips.com.
Best regards,
Sarah
