Green Teacher Program is Underway

Winter Green Teacher sessions began on February 19, and will run for a few weeks. Zak Smith, our Green Teacher, is working with all of the Grade 2, 4 and 6 classes (splits included) that he began with in the fall. The Green Teacher is a curriculum-based environmental sustainability program that takes place in classrooms and right in Runnymede’s Hillside Garden.

While you’re here, a quick plug for Yard Day – save the date! Our annual Spring Yard Day/Earth Day Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 20th, starting at 9:00 a.m.
