What's Up With the Field?

As the warm weather settles in many of us have been wondering when the fences will be removed and the field at Runnymede will be available to our children again. The short answer to this is September. The reason? The grass has needed this time to fully root and we all want the field to be in tip top shape for the new school year in the fall. Making it available to the public, clubs and other users in the summer would certainly have an impact on it for our children when school begins again. Unfortunately there have been times when sections of the fence have been pushed down but the staff at Runnymede continue to address this immediately and we appreciate all of their efforts.
