Juma Inniss from The Message is coming to Runnymede PS!
Would you like to better understand the ever-evolving world of social media that your child(ren) are exposed to?
Parent Council is thrilled to invite the popular Boston-based speaker, Juma Inniss, from ‘The Message’ to Runnymede PS, to host a talk on Social Media and how to guide parents in understanding the dynamics of various media platforms. Subject matter is most relevant for parents of Grades 6-8 students.
Juma is a highly successful motivational speaker who has used his musical talent and marketing background to elevate and deliver his content in an engaging manner. He currently conducts talks throughout the US and recently has worked with several schools in Toronto.
Expected Outcomes:
- Build understanding and trust between youth and adult authority figures in your home, school, or organization,
- Align attitudes and actions with an organization policy or vision
- Unite youth and adults to work together more effectively to achieve a common goal
Parents and students welcome; this is a unique opportunity for students and parents to experience Juma’s message together.
