(Note that in order help them transition to Runnymede in smaller groups, junior kindergarten students start in waves – if your letter from the school said to start on the 7th, then your first day is, in fact, tomorrow.)

Today also marks the official launch of our new Council website! We’ve been building and testing throughout the summer, but we are always open to comments and suggestions – so please leave yours in the comments field below. We hope you find this to be a valuable resource.
School starts next Tuesday! Find your classroom and entry door on the attached list, and check out this handy map that identifies where each grade should line up (click the image for a larger PDF version). Note: The Colbeck Yard will be CLOSED on Tuesday. Please access to the Adventure Yard from the north end of the school.
Rain Plan: If it is raining heavily on Tuesday, students should enter the school and go directly to their classrooms (look for volunteers at each of the doors for assistance)

The Runnymede sports field is being restored by the TDSB. Students and parents will receive more details the first week back at school.

This special Fall Yard Day event will include our usual yard work in the morning, followed by a special performance and BBQ lunch! Bring the whole family to this great community event to kick off the school year!
