Nuit Orange 2019 – General Info & Program
Attached is a digital copy of the program for our upcoming community event “Nuit Orange”.
This digital program is being sent ahead of the event to help you plan your evening. Inside, you will find a blocked-out timetable and schematic maps of the building’s various floors. The timetable has been colour coded to match the floor maps. Food stations are demarcated by an orange box with a white fork & knife, the specific food items and their locations are included in the timetable.
Room specific performances are listed in order in on the timetable. Guerrilla theatre spaces are located at the orange masks and will have random performances and times.
There will be a lot of moving performers during time blocks, however your child will know where they need to be and when. Please be respectful of the timelines and the announcements: this will allow the evening to run smoothly.
IMPORTANT!
We ask that once you have entered a room for a performance, you remain in that room for the duration of that time slot or until the end of all scheduled performances for that room. That way all student work is appreciated and respected.
NOTE: There is no food permitted in the Library. We ask that you see this rule as a way of respecting our newly renovated space.
Kindly ensure that your child is wearing their appropriate costume items and / or black bottoms and an orange top if they are performing (music shirt if they are volunteering).
Sincerely,
Ian Medley, Strings Teacher
-and-
John Kim, Band Director
Runnymede Public School
